You are entitled to access, rectify, change, update, delete, revoke, or improve upon your personal information at any time. We may ask you to provide further information to confirm your identity before considering your request. For most requests, your information will be provided free of charge, however, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request requires a substantial effort on our part.
The two big issues for your privacy are:
- Requesting My Information
- Deleting My Account
Both of these privacy features can be found on your account page.
Log into Visual Classrooms, hover over your name on the top right, and select “Account” from the dropdown. On the right side, towards the bottom, you’ll find links that enable you to request your info or delete your account.
